GENTLE AND EFFECTIVE, this cleanser is sulfate-free, fragrance-free, and has a low pH. It effectively removes SPF, makeup, excess oil, and daily impurities without stripping the skin. The mild surfactant blend produces a soft cushion of lather that protects the skin’s acid mantle. Glycerin and Niacinamide help support the moisture barrier, promoting a balanced and healthy appearance. Additionally, urea and Schizophyllan enhance hydration and comfort. At the same time, Willow Bark and Cucumber soothe the skin and refine the appearance of pores, leaving the complexion calm and clarified. The formula is finished with Glyceryl Oleate and Vitamin E, providing a clean, silky finish that leaves the skin feeling soft, fresh, and never tight. Balanced at a skin-friendly pH, this soap-free formula uses biodegradable Glucoside and Taurinate surfactants, creating a quick, thick lather that rinses clean with no residue left behind. It is free from essential oils and dyes, making it suitable for sensitive skin. This cleanser, for face and body, is made without silicones, mineral oil, or parabens, and pairs seamlessly with FRANCIS MICHAEL Cleansing Oil for a balanced double cleanse. 8 oz (237 ml)

Directions

Use daily. For a double cleanse, start with Cleansing Oil. Apply to wet skin. Dispense 1–2 pumps (dime-size) of Clarifying Gel onto the palms and create a soft lather. Massage over face and neck for 30–60 seconds, avoiding the eye area. Rinse thoroughly with cool water and pat dry with a clean towel. Follow with Nourishing Serum, then Moisturizing Cream.

Returns Policy

RETURNS: Our policy extends to 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it to be eligible for a return. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or return an item more than 30 days after delivery.

Return Shipping: To make a return, please mail us your product. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund, not including the shipping charged, will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a reasonable amount of days.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company. It may take time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us via email.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us if you need to exchange it for the same thing, and mail us your article.
